Challenge Accepted: GMABoosting the Intel GMA9xx
If you happen to have an older netbook which comes with the Intel GMA900 or 950 graphics processor, you are in for a treat. The GMABooster was created such that you could increase the clock speed of your graphics processor in a supposedly safe way, as these processors are all meant to run at 400mhz, but have been underclocked at Intel’s will to achieve other goals such as greener computing and longer battery life.
You might not know what graphics processor you have, but there is a way to find out. You need to know the name of your processor (such as Intel Atom N270), then search Google for it or find it at the official Intel Atom spec-webpage. You can find out the name of your processor in Control Panel -> System
Some people report an increase in some games such as World of Warcraft, GTA III and Warcraft 3. Some report that it has little to negligible effect on performance. Some says it causes stability issues. YMMV, but you can always head over to GMABooster’s official website and get it to try.
If you happen to have the newer four-digit GMAs, then don’t fret, because you already have something better.

Haha, i’m having a GMA 3150, and believe me, it isn’t that much better, BUT! there IS a way to make it MUCH better! Download the Sherry 3.1 Drivers for it! It improves soooooo much! just google: “GMA 3150 sherry driver” and you’ll be playing GTA like a boss =)
