World of Warcraft: an adventure in netbook torture
Right. As you know, World of Warcraft recently came out with a Starter Edition which is basically another way of putting a foot in the door to your credit card. No matter, because in the name of science, I shall test whether this game plays well on a netbook. And the first sign of things is this warning:
Well, they didn’t put that Install Anyway button for nothing. Blizzard probably expected the tomfoolery that Netbookist would do in the name of Challenge Accepted. Everything went well and is now downloading. 10Gbs worth of game… hope you got at least a 250Gb hard drive!
